Fundraising

In order to Save our Hall we require all the financial assistance as we can get! We have created a menu of options for sponsorship and donations to cater for all budgets.

Major sponsorship:
Sponsorship naming rights:
Auditorium naming rights- $150,000 +
Foyer – $75,000 +

Naming rights are for a 5 year period and acknowledged through the official Community Hall website. All hall activity and publicity will lead with the named area for example: ‘The Marines Auditorium’ in the Titahi Bay Community Hall.

Patrons:
Platinum – $20,000 +
Gold – $10,000 +
Silver – $5,000 +

Patrons will be publicly acknowledged via the group webpage. A Patron will have preferred status in publicity and hall activities

Donations:
Display Star – $1,000
Public donation board – $500
Family/individual buy a brick – $200

Acknowledgement of donations will be via public display in the Hall according to donation level

Stage 3
Further fundraising is anticipated in Stage 3 once the fit-out requirements are confirmed. This is likely to be in the form of ‘buy a seat’ at $500 each with acknowledgement via an engraved metal plaque affixed to the seat.
